In 2008, the management team of Hallway Feeds, an internationally recognized manufacturer of premium feed and nutritional products formed SportForce™ LLC as a leading animal health company.
Headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky, SportForce offers a line of high quality equine products substantiated by research, supported by clinical studies and specially formulated formulas for all breeds and disciplines of horses. Dr. William Bernard DVM, a recognized equine veterinarian for his work in Internal Medicine and Dr. Rensia Moller, a specialist in growth and metabolic disorders are responsible for developing and formulating the supplements manufactured by SportForce LLC.
SportForce will feature products in seven categories: Antioxidants, Bone and Joint Mangement, Digestive Management, Electrolytes, Hoof Health, Metabolic and Behavioral Support, Omega Fatty Acids to meet the targeted needs of all horses. Ongoing areas of research will lead to the continued growth of the SportForce portfolio of products.
Dr. Rensia Moller, DVM
Rensia Moller, DVM is an internationally recognized equine veterinarian and nutritionist. She has conducted extensive research at the world renowned Equine Research Center in South Africa combining equine nutrition and exercise physiology.
Her veterinary expertise consists of developing proprietary formulations and supplements for global companies that promote optimum health; specializing in metabolic and performance related disorders. In addition, she has developed special formulas for the world renowned Godolphin and Darley equine and breeding centers.
She has served as General Manager of Zabeel Feed Company in Dubai and lectures in equine nutrition for Darley Flying Start Management Programs. She was commissioned to revitalize the equine nutrition program by the largest ingredient and feed company in Dubai which was founded by Sheikh Mohammed.
Dr. Rensia Moller is a graduate of the University of Pretoria, South Africa.

Equine Internist
William Vernon Bernard, DVM, is an equine veterinarian in Lexington, Kentucky. Dr. Bernard spent the last 18-years as an internist and partner at Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital and is currently a consultant in equine medicine. His primary research interests are equine infectious diseases and neonatal intensive care medicine. He has received numerous awards, including the Veterinary Student Government Award for Excellence in Teaching, the William B. Boutcher Award for Excellence in Teaching by a House Officer from the New Bolton Center at the University of Pennsylvania, and the Upjohn Award for Excellence in Large Animal Clinic Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Bernard has published articles in journals such as: Journal of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Journal of Veterinary Internal Medicine, Equine Veterinary Journal, Veterinary Clinics of North America (Equine Practice), Journal of American Veterinary Research, Equine Practice, and Veterinary Medicine, and has authored chapters for several books including Current Therapy in Equine Medicine and Equine Medicine and Surgery. His professional memberships include the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine, the American Veterinary Medical Association, the American Association of Equine Practitioners, and the Kentucky State Veterinary Medical Association. He received his MS and DVM degrees from the university of California-Davis, Davis, California, and completed his internship and residency in large animal medicine the University of Pennsylvania, New Bolton Center, Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.
